Your Path Forward

Starting in September 2025, you'll progress through structured phases designed to build skills gradually while gaining real experience.

Weeks 1-4

Getting Started

Foundation work and initial assessments. You'll complete self-paced modules while attending weekly group sessions to discuss concepts and practice basic techniques.

Weeks 5-12

Skill Development

Role-playing sessions and peer practice become central. You'll work with practice scenarios based on real situations, building confidence before engaging with actual prospects.

Weeks 13-20

Real Application

Supervised practice with actual prospects begins. You'll work with volunteer businesses from our network, gaining experience while providing genuine value under careful guidance.

Weeks 21-26

Independent Practice

You'll manage your own prospect relationships while maintaining regular check-ins for feedback and course correction. This phase bridges training with real-world application.

Program Timeline

September 2025 start date. Weekly sessions plus self-paced work. Expect 8-10 hours per week commitment throughout the program.

Group Size

Maximum 12 participants per cohort. Small groups ensure individual attention and meaningful peer relationships that often continue beyond the program.
